2019 Call for Research Poster Abstracts

The 2019 conference team is expanding the conference offerings by creating an opportunity to share research conducted by members of our community. We are now extending a call for RESEARCH POSTER ABSTRACTS  based on research work in the realm of Ayurveda.

Deadline for submissions: February 8, 2019

Submissions received after this date will not be considered. Abstract/poster selection will be conducted by the Research Poster Selection Committee. Final selection will be completed by February 15, 2019, after which formal invitations will be issued.

Poster Selection

Selection of presenters is based on the following:

  • The author’s/authors’ level of expertise in the topic that they are applying to  present at the research poster session

  •  Scientific/Ayurvedic integrity of information presented in the abstract

  • Review of materials submitted as requested in the format defined below

A rigorous peer evaluation of all submissions will be made using defined guidelines by multiple reviewers.

There is currently no limit to the number of abstracts that will be accepted; however, it is possible that not everyone who submits an abstract will be invited to present a poster. When submissions are received, they are first reviewed for completeness as required in the application, so please provide all information requested in the required format to expedite the review process.

POSTER CONTENT

Topics may include clinical trials, basic science research, case studies, and methodology considerations, but regardless of the topic chosen, the work must emphasize the application and interpretation of data using Ayurvedic concepts.
