Strengthen Immunity through Practice (General Track)
There is a growing body of evidence that confirms the effects of yoga practice on immune system regulation. From the perspective of Ayurveda, the relationship of prana, tejas, and ojas contributes to the cultivation of the body’s inner intelligence, which helps modulate healthy immune system function.
This mixed-level practice will include asana, pranayama, and other techniques, ending with savasana combined with visualization of the immune system.
