JOIN US live in the morning during November 6 - 10 for Ayurveda Week: A Day by Day Practice Challenge in celebration of 2023 Ayurveda Day. 

Each day we will attune to the elements as they relate to Ayurveda in experiential sessions. Experience Jyotish, Pranayama, chanting and yoga, marma, and Ayurvedic cooking from our very own in the Ayurveda community. 

All live participants will receive one (1) PACE credit per daily session. All sessions will be recorded and the link to the recordings will be sent to all registrants in the afternoon.  

Those who participate live all five days will have their names entered into a drawing for a 2024 conference complimentary registration.

Jyotish is the study of how light changes as time moves through space. This session will illuminate time and energy management practices to make the most of your precious moments on this planet.

Day 2 ~ Tuesday November 7, 2023

Pranayama
In this pranayama immersion session, Susan will focus on the Pranayama, which is food for cells and gives clarity of perception and strengthens life force. When you breathe with awareness you can change your life.

Anisha Durve, DOM, AD
Anisha is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Doctor Ayurveda. She is an Ayur-yoga teacher, and meditation instructor. She is a 2001 graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute after spending 4 years training with Dr. Vasant Lad and then co-wrote the textbook Marma Points of Ayurveda with him. Dr. Anisha is the founder of the Marma Institute launched in 2018 that has online and live trainings on ayurvedic acupressure. She is the past president of the Ayurveda Association of Florida. Divya is a co-founder of Bhagavat Life, the first Ayurvedic culinary school in the USA and chef-owner of Divya’s Kitchen, an award-winning NYC restaurant reimagining classic dishes through an Ayurvedic lens. Divya specializes in Ayurvedic cooking in the West, having taught over 30,000 students for the past 15 years. Author of two cookbooks, What to Eat for How You Feel and Joy of Balance, Divya began her practice over 30 years ago as an intern in the kitchen of a yoga ashram in her native country of Bulgaria. Divya is a certified nutritional consultant, educator and chef in the Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda tradition after being captivated by Ayurveda and how prevention and healing takes place through food.

Susan has a NAMA certification at the Ayurvedic Doctor level and NAMA/IAYT Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist who founded the NAMA & IAYT recognized school, The Sarasvati Institute of Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy. She holds a Master of Science in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University. In addition to teaching at her own school, Susan teaches Ayurveda at the National University of Natural Medicine as Adjunct Faculty.
