Each day attunes to the elements as they relate to Ayurveda in experiential sessions. Experience Jyotish, Pranayama, chanting and yoga, marma, and Ayurvedic cooking from our very own in the Ayurveda community.

In this pranayama immersion session, Susan will focus on the Pranayama, which is food for cells and gives clarity of perception and strengthens life force. When you breathe with awareness you can change your life.
