Monday, July 24, 2023 at 5:00 pm with Geeta Arora

In this seminar we explore the struggle between what tastes good in the moment and what is best for the body and how to balance doshas for a healthy mind, body, and soul.  The modern-day lifestyle causes so much stress, giving rise to health challenges like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and gastrointestinal disorders, including IBS, acid reflux, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and heartburn. Ayurveda offers simple yet powerful wisdom to heal the inner being by learning/controlling how, when, and what to eat.

Geeta Arora received the gift of Ayurveda after being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases as well as Hodgkin’s lymphoma for which chemotherapy was presented as the only treatment option. After being healed with the basics of Ayurveda and without chemotherapy, Geeta left her corporate career and began her transformative journey helping thousands of people. She shares easy-to-use yet effective tools on how to listen to the wisdom within the body.
