If you live within driving distance to Vail, arriving by car is the preferred option.
To/From Denver International Airport (DEN)
Denver International Airport is located about 120 miles from the Grand Hyatt Vail. There are many flight options into DEN to accommodate attendees from all over the world.
Estimated travel time to destination is about a 2 hour drive from the Denver airport. (stay tuned as we secure shuttle service for those flying into Denver)
To/From Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE)
Eagle County Regional Airport is located about 30 minutes from the Grand Hyatt Vail. This is a small airport with limited flights on United Airlines from Denver (DEN) and American Airlines from Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW).
Estimated travel time to destination is about a 35 minute drive from the EGE airport.
Valet Parking at the Grand Hyatt is specially priced for the conference at $10 per day.
