This discussion will focus on health professionals’ ever-evolving understanding of fascia and how its health can be optimized with innovative application of traditional Ayurvedic bodywork, alongside biomechanical techniques and the tools many bodywork professionals are already using for chronic pain relief.

Kris Quinones, CAHC, LMT, CYT

Kris is a passionate educator, licensed muscular therapist, Kripalu-certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, with over 25 years of professional experience in orthopedics, competitive sports, and natural healing. Under the direction of Dr. Kuldeep Solanski (BAMS) at the Jiva Institute for Vedic Studies (Haryana, India), Kris concentrated on the creation of medicinal herbal oils and traditional bodywork treatments. She is a NAMA Professional Member and continuing education provider.

How to Join Us?
To join us for the Seminar in Ayurveda on September 25, 2023, you will need to complete two registration steps.

1. First, complete and submit this event registration form. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to register for the Zoom session.

2. Register in Zoom. Here, if you would like PACE credits for attending, you will need to:
a) add your member number which can be found on your member dashboard, and
b) be in participation during the presentation for more than 80% of the time.

After completing this second step, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom with the link to access the event you selected.
You will need to complete both steps in order to be able to join the session.
