Discover how the principles of Panchakarma can be incorporated into everyday life to support physical and mental well-being.
Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s classical system of purification and rejuvenation. While widely recognized for detoxification and cleansing, its traditional applications extend further — supporting disease prevention, healthy aging, vitality and long-term physical, mental and emotional well-being.
This presentation explores practical ways to incorporate select Panchakarma practices and supportive therapies into daily and seasonal routines. Learn about approaches such as Nasya, Matra Vasti, Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Kati Vasti, along with individualized Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle practices that support the body’s natural healing processes.
Practiced appropriately and consistently, these approaches can support rejuvenation, resilience, longevity and overall well-being.
