Organizational Membership

Organizational Membership is for organizations that support NAMA’s mission to preserve, protect, promote and advance the consciousness-based philosophy, knowledge, science and practice of Ayurveda. Organizations are categorized as Corporate, Educational or Affiliates (State Associations, Accredited Schools and complimentary Non-profit associations)

Corporate Membership CAtegory

$400 annual dues
Corporate members are worldwide companies that provide products and/or services to the Ayurvedic profession.

Product Providers: Providers of Ayurvedic products, including herbal oils and supplements, cooking ingredients, and personal care items that support an Ayurvedic way of life. Many of these companies offer discounts to NAMA members. 

Spas: Companies or schools that offer traditional Ayurvedic spa services and body therapies that are customized to balance each client’s mind-body type with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Wellness Centers: Companies or schools that provide traditional Ayurvedic wellness services, including health consultations, herbal protocols, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle guidance. 

Panchakarma | Retreat Centers: Companies or schools that offer full-service residential panchakarma programs based on traditional Ayurvedic purification and rejuvenation techniques.

Educational Membership Category

$400 annual dues *
Organizations that offer NAMA approved continuing education for our board-certified professional members as well as in-depth education for the public and others interested in bringing Ayurveda into their daily life.

* Educational programs or schools recognized by, or in candidacy for accreditation by the Ayurvedic Accreditation Commission are eligible for NAMA Educational Membership  These schools may also be NAMA PACE approved continuing education providers.

Affiliate Membership Category

Complimentary | By invitation only

Affiliate members are:

Non-profit trade or business organizations (e.g., state Ayurvedic associations, yoga associations, or other Vedic science associations) that establish an affiliate partnership with NAMA. Our Affiliate Organizational Members have signed mutual collaboration agreements with NAMA, supporting each other’s organizations missions, vision, values and events.  

REFUND POLICY: All membership fees paid to NAMA are non-refundable. If you have opted for automatic renewal of your membership, you are responsible for canceling your membership prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. No refunds will be issued for automatic renewals once the payment has been processed. NAMA reserves the right to enhance membership benefits, services, or programs at any time. Changes in membership benefits do not entitle members to refunds. It is the applicant’s responsibility to review and understand this no refund policy prior to completing the membership application and payment. By submitting payment, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this policy.
