Five Elements Yoga, Exploring a Yoga Practice to Balance the Three Doshas

This session introduces you to the essentials of a Vata, Pitta, and Kapha balancing yoga practice. After the theory part you will enjoy a small taste of a tridoshic yoga practice  of  asanas, pranayama  and relaxation.

Bio:

Devaki Lammet holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Germany and brings over two decades of experience in holistic healing. She is an internationally certified and experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500+), trained in the Sivananda tradition under Yogi Hariji and Leela Mataji in 2000/2001. Devaki is also a Certified Massage Therapist and became a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor in 2015.
In 2022, she expanded her scope of practice by becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist for Mental Health through Yoga Vidya in Germany (www.yoga-vidya.de).
She now offers Vedic Counseling that thoughtfully integrates Jyotish, Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation—guiding her clients with insight, compassion, and a holistic understanding of wellness.
