Here is an opportunity for those professionals that may be working with COVID-19 clients. This registry will support research in Traditional, Complimentary and Integrative Health and Medicine research.

Please contribute to this registry with de-identified data from patients/clients who have been treated for COVID-19 exposure or prevention.
