September 23, 2019, with Diana I. Lurie, PhD
Information about the gut microbiome has exploded recently, and modern biomedicine has recognized the crucial importance of gut bacteria in both health and disease. How you are born, where you live, what you eat, and when you eat all influence the composition of the gut microbiome. This session will explore the latest advances in gut microbiome research and tie this information to Ayurvedic practices.
