2. After completiong students will be able to recommend appropriate foods, culinary spices and teas for spring.
3. After completiong students will be able to recommend mind body practices to balance the doshas.
4. After completiong students will be able to recommend dinacharya and rattracharya practices for spring.

Jackie Christensen, Ph.D., M.A. (Ayurveda), is an internationally respected educator with expertise in the domains of natural health, herbology, and Ayurveda. Serving as a distinguished faculty member at esteemed academic institutions, she has garnered recognition for her significant contributions to the field. Jackie's academic pursuits include graduating with distinction on the Dean's Honor List for her Doctoral degree in Naturopathy, attaining a Master of Art degree in Ayurveda and possessing certifications as a Nutritional Consultant and Master Herbalist.In addition to her academic pursuits, Jackie has orchestrated and led international study abroad programs, conducted local workshops, facilitated online classes, and contributed to conferences of scholarly significance.
