AYUR JEEVANAM ON AUTO IMMUNE DISEASES’- the online course on Multiple Sclerosis, systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Ankylosing SpondylitisUnderstanding the Ayurvedic concept of Autoimmune diseases, causative factors, pathology, treatment principle, Case presentations, and experience sharing. Enhancing health and wellness involves developing a deeper understanding of the diseases, exploring the Ayurvedic perspective on their pathophysiology and management. By incorporating Ayurvedic principles, individuals can make dietary and lifestyle modifications to support their well-being. Additionally, recognizing the significance of Ayurvedic purificatory therapies can play a crucial role in preventing the disease.
Course Objectives:
•Auto immune diseases like MS,SLE,RA, IBD, AS are now widely talked about as we find many young people getting affected by this. However, we have great chances of reversing the disease with proper Ayurveda care, life style modifications and exercise.
