Course Description: In this 14-day course the student will be motivated to discover the core principles of Ayurveda. The student will learn to balance their unique mind-body constitution, optimize digestion, and align daily habits with natural circadian rhythms for holistic health.
Course Objectives: A Foundational System for Self-Awareness and Personal Health Management - Rather than offering generic fitness advice or internet trends, this course equips students with a foundational framework to understand their own unique mind-body constitution. - Understanding Root Causes: By exploring elements like the Tridosha (biological forces), Agni (digestive and metabolic capacity), and Ama (unprocessed residue), students learn to read their body's signals and identify imbalances at their origin rather than just managing symptoms. - Take Actionable Daily Habits: Through concepts like Gurvadi Gunas (the law of opposites balancing each other) and Dinacharya (circadian alignment), students gain simple, practical tools to adjust their daily routines, meal timings, and sensory hygiene in harmony with natural cycles.
