Course Description
Turiya Therapy is specialized for healing the energetic body through Marma, Meridian, Chakra and Direction. We’ll explore the Invisible Anatomy ™ through the lens of the electro-magnetic field permeating and emanating from each human being, especially for mental-emotional healing of trauma and unresolved emotional experiences. It has been many years since I last offered this overview of hands-on healing protocols in person, and I feel the timing is now. Turiya Therapy is the science I have been refining since 1983, when I first began clinical practice in Polarity Therapy under the lineage of Dr. Randolph Stone, D.O., D.C., N.D. — a great meditator in the Sant Mat tradition. As my apprenticeship with Vaidya Vasant D. Lad deepened over the decades, the parent science of Ayurveda seeped further into the work, until Dr. Lad himself suggested I rename it. Turiya, the fourth state, pure unconditioned consciousness, the Atman is what this work points toward.Turiya Therapy is specialized for healing the energetic body through Marma, Meridian, Chakra and Direction. Together we will explore the Invisible Anatomy™ the electro-magnetic field permeating and emanating from each human being — particularly as it holds mental-emotional impressions of trauma and unresolved experience within the connective tissue. The still point is our great ally here. Stillness is the prerequisite for the meditative mind to reach into the subtle origins of suffering, and from there, to release what habitual thinking has long mistaken for a brick wall.Across two consecutive weekends, you will receive the complete General Session (Level One) and then the Doshic Balancing protocols (Level Two) that follow from it. This is professional development for those starting or enhancing a hands-on healing practice, and it is also, inseparably, a path of self-discovery. You cannot offer this work without walking it.I teach in the GuruKula tradition, small group, in person, oral transmission. The value of coming in person is to receive directly, hand to hand, from over 40 years of livelihood with these techniques. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required, though we will use Sanskrit where Sanskrit alone carries the meaning.Location: SOURCEPOINT SHIATSU CENTRELevel One — General Session: July 10–12, 2026 Level Two — Balancing the Doshas: July 17–19, 2026 Times: Friday 6–9 pm; Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 6 pm Tuition: $989 CAD + GST | $723 USD international | 50% returning-student discount until May 22.
Course Objective:
By the close of these two weekends together, you will be able to:1. Deliver the complete General Session of Turiya Therapy on the table, moving through the anterior, posterior and head protocols in proper sequence, with the quality of touch and presence the work asks of us.2. Locate and name the principal Marmani of the anterior body, posterior body and head in Sanskrit, and speak to the action of each within the field of the Invisible Anatomy™.3. Apply the Bij sounds to each Chakra latitude, recognizing the corresponding organs, functions, and energetic territory each Chakra governs.4. Use circular breathing to establish the pranic bridge between body, mind and consciousness, both for your own grounding as a practitioner and as an offering to the client on your table.5. Adapt the General Session for Vata, Pitta and Kapha imbalances, choosing still-point strategies that meet the constitution and the moment.6. Hold the still point as a clinical intervention for clients moving through unresolved emotion, recognizing when introversion is doing its quiet work and when the field is asking for something else.
