Balancing Tradition at the Crossroads of Environment, Sustainability and Technology

Ayurveda is not only a profound approach to well-being but also a beacon of sustainability in today's world. Rooted in the principles of harmony with nature, Ayurveda advocates for a balanced lifestyle that promotes both individual health and the well-being of the planet.

At its core, Ayurveda aligns with sustainable practices that reduce the strain on the Earth's resources and contribute to biodiversity preservation by emphasizing the importance of eco-friendly habits, encouraging mindful and conscious living, therefore promoting an awareness of the impact our choices have on the environment.

By practicing self-awareness and making conscious decisions, individuals can reduce excess consumption and waste, fostering a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Whether you are a new to ayurveda, a student of ayurveda or a long-time professional of ayurveda, there will be takeaways that you’ll be able to implement into your life and your practice upon your return home.

We are busy behind the scenes working hard to bring you an unforgettable experience. From activations that will delight your senses, to business & networking sessions that will help grow your practice to learning from amazing speakers and clinical research presentations that will expand your knowledge, our goal is to welcome you and excite you about the possibilities of what ayurveda can bring to your life, your family and the wellbeing of the planet.

Set in one of nature’s most iconic playgrounds, Vail, Colorado is a must visit location. Bring the kids, bring the dogs- the whole family is welcome to enjoy an experience like no other.
